Booking terms

Here you will find the most important rules on booking, cancelling and gift vouchers. In practice we almost always find a personal solution, so please just talk to us.

Booking

Your enquiry via the form, by e-mail or by phone is not binding at first. The booking becomes binding as soon as we confirm it.

Cancelling

Cancelling is free of charge up to 48 hours before the tour starts. After that we charge 50 % of the tour price. This applies to all tours and groups.

Please let us know as early as possible, by phone on +49 172 511 76 57 or by e-mail to kaupert@hamburg-radtour.de.

Weather

We ride in the rain too and bring rain ponchos. In bad weather we can offer a guided walk instead, if you prefer.

Gift vouchers

A tour makes a lovely present. Just choose “Gift voucher” in the booking form or give us a call. Vouchers are valid for three years from the end of the year in which they were bought.
