The Elbe villages out to Blankenese
We take the S-Bahn out to Hochkamp and continue by bike along the river, through the old Elbe villages with their captains’ houses and gardens, down to the Treppenviertel, the steep quarter of stairs and narrow lanes above the water.
There is a break along the way, and plenty of time to look at the ships going by.

Harbour Tour
From tradition into the future, by bike
Come along on an unusual journey through time: historic working-class quarters, the Neustadt and Hamburg’s landmark church, the Michel. From the St. Pauli waterfront and the famous Park Fiction to the Altonaer Balkon, the views across the Elbe are spectacular.
We continue along the river, past the modern container terminal, to the quiet museum harbour of Oevelgönne, taking in the maritime warehouses of Grosse Elbstrasse, the old timber harbour, the fish market and the cruise terminal.
The highlight comes at the Old Elbe Tunnel: we ride through it and look back at the Hamburg skyline from the far bank. The way home leads through the Speicherstadt warehouse district and the HafenCity.

Not every tour needs a bike. On foot we reach corners you miss from the saddle, and we have more time for stories.
Speicherstadt, HafenCity, Deichstraße, the Kiez or the Schanze: we put the walk together to suit you, on foot or by bus and train.
In bad weather, the walks are also the alternative programme for our bike tours.

The Kiez after dark
Two hours on foot through St. Pauli, once the lights come on. Stories, corners and characters you will not meet during the day: the harbour district as the people who live there know it.
We meet at Spielbudenplatz, in the middle of the Reeperbahn.
